What These Terms Cover

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of 28bd — Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These terms are designed to protect both players and the platform, ensure fair play, and set clear expectations on both sides.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 28bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 28bd platform at 28bd.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all 28bd services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, bonuses, and customer support. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 28bd platform immediately.

The following key terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

3Eligibility

Every individual who registers or uses a 28bd account must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. 28bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the 28bd platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons legally prohibited from entering contracts may not use 28bd.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or hold an active self-exclusion agreement with 28bd or any associated platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Operating as an agent for third parties or commercially exploiting the platform is strictly prohibited.

4Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one account on 28bd. Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identity details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Players must register using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which is used for account verification, OTP-based login, and security notifications.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. 28bd will never request your password via email, phone, or chat. Report any unauthorised account access to support immediately.
• Players must keep their registered contact information current. 28bd uses contact details on file for verification, security alerts, and account-related communications.
• 28bd may require KYC verification before processing a withdrawal or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Players must cooperate fully and provide requested documents within the specified timeframe.
• Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, lending, or transferring access to your 28bd account to any third party is prohibited and results in permanent account closure.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 28bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 28bd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved mobile wallet and payment methods. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and belong to an account in their own name.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable payment provider limits. Processing times for approved mobile wallet transactions are typically 10 to 30 minutes.
• 28bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Funds credited due to a system error or erroneous transaction are not the property of the Player and must be returned to 28bd immediately upon identification. 28bd reserves the right to reverse such credits from Player accounts.
• 28bd does not charge Players transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are outside 28bd's control.

6Bonuses and Promotions

28bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• Each bonus or promotional offer is available to eligible accounts only and may not be combined with other active offers unless expressly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds or winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 28bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error associated with the offer.
• Bonuses are available only to Players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, unless the promotion is expressly designated as a no-deposit offer.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedged bets to artificially clear wagering requirements, or acting in bad faith — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.

7Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on 28bd. Game-specific rules for individual titles are available within the relevant game interface on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. 28bd will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of Player error.
• In the event of a disputed result, the outcome determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will be used as the final determinant. For casino games, the certified provider's server game log is the authoritative record.
• 28bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event subject to a pricing error, data feed failure, or obvious odds error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at 28bd's discretion, including where live data feeds are delayed or interrupted. Bets confirmed before a suspension will stand unless voided under another provision of these Terms.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per settlement period. Players should review the applicable maximum payout limits in the relevant betting or game section before placing high-value wagers.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 28bd. 28bd reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities — against any Player engaged in prohibited conduct.

• Using the 28bd platform for money laundering, fraud, or any financially criminal activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with the technical operation of the 28bd platform, its games, or its payment infrastructure.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinating bets across accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the 28bd platform in a manner not available to all human Players.
• Registering more than one account on 28bd or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC, or any verification process administered by 28bd.

9Account Suspension and Closure

28bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where 28bd has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Where a Player fails to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 28bd.
• Where 28bd is required to close an account to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a competent authority.
• Where a Player requests voluntary account closure. Players requesting voluntary closure with a positive balance will have their balance returned to the payment method on record, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

10Responsible Gaming

28bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help Players manage their gaming activity and strongly encourage all Players to use these features proactively.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion requests — whether for a defined period or permanently — must be submitted to the 28bd support team via email. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• 28bd will not knowingly allow a Player under active self-exclusion to access or use the platform. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will be in breach of these Terms and any funds in such accounts will be forfeited.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 28bd platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 28bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of 28bd content without express written authorisation from 28bd is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 28bd's liability to any Player is subject to the following limitations:

• 28bd is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, even if 28bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 28bd is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party technical disruptions that affect a Player's ability to access or use the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before placing bets.
• Where 28bd is found liable by a competent court, 28bd's maximum aggregate liability to a Player shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Player's 28bd account at the time of the incident.

13Privacy

28bd collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 28bd, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players may review the full Privacy Policy on the 28bd platform at any time.

14Amendments to These Terms

28bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 28bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the platform or by email. Non-material amendments such as typographical corrections may be made without prior notice.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact the 28bd support team in the first instance. 28bd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support, Players may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction.
